SHIPPING
Is shipping free i the US?
Shipping is Free within the US for all orders no matter the weight.
ALL orders are estimated to arrive within 2-3 business days from the day you have placed your order.
All orders will be verified with a tracking number sent to your email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship FREE to all countries providing the order reaches $35 or more and didn't exceed the weight of 4 lbs. if the order's weight exceeds 4 LBS, it will show on your cart while checking-out and you will be asked to pay an over-weight fee.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders will ship out the same day. All orders will be verified by a tracking number sent to your email at the time of shipment.
Estimated arrival times will be displayed while checking-out and they will be depending on your delivery address and the shipping service you choose. Free International shipping usually takes 7-21 days to arrive to a customer outside the US.
Who pays for Customs tax on orders shipping outside the US?
For orders shipped outside the US; If you choose our free shipping option (7-21 days) then you might be charged for customs tax by your country once the package arrives to your country, depending on the rules your country has set forth for importing items to your country.
If you choose our DUTY PAID EXPRESS SERVICE, and pay for express shipping then you won't be charged any taxes, and the package will arrive to your door no matter where you are in the world within 5-10 days.

Are the products you sell authentic?
Yes, all of the products we sell are authentic and purchased directly from the manufacturers and brand owners.
We are authorized to sell of the products we carry on our site.

Will your electric-powered products work outside the US?
Yes, our products come with a US plug but all of the electric powered products we carry are dual voltage
110-240v, this means they will work worldwide with the proper adapter.

RETURNS - 45 DAYS
What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted 45 days from the day the order has arrived at the customer's address.
Holiday season has an extended policy return date: Shop between Oct 11 to Dec 31, and return your item in a new and unused condition all the way through Jan 31.
We accept returns no matter the reason, and we just ask that the products be returned to us in the same condition they were received.
Returned products should be returned in the original box and be packaged properly for the return shipping.
If the product our customer received was damaged during shipping then we will provide the customer with a paid return label, otherwise, the customer will pay for the return shipping.
Returns will be resolved by a refund or replacement once the return was accepted by our sorting center.

Once the product has been returned, it is reviewed by our sorting center, usually within 72 hours, after which your credit card will be automatically credited with a full refund.

WARRANTY & PAYMENT
What are your warranty terms & conditions?
On top of our 30 days return policy, the brands we partnered up with provide you with a 1-year manufacturer warranty on electrical tools, so if you have used the product and it has malfunctioned, you would still be able to contact the manufacturer and use the 1-year manufacturer warranty.
